Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand soon!
Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
A: First, check with neighbors or your local post office — sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early. If you still don’t have it after 48 hours, email us at packpupco@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. If you’re not satisfied, just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
